Generally, our projects are valued at $250,000 or more. Smaller projects are undertaken on direct referral.

Much of our work is sourced through homeowners seeking design-and-construct directly from us.
In this case, we assist our clients to turn their ideas into their ideal home.

Our work also comes from invitations to tender from architects and building designers.

McCracken Home Additions was formed as part of the McCracken Group early in 2006.
McCracken Homes has been building thousands of homes since 1989.
